I am a travel writer and communications specialist based between England and Chile.

I hold a staff writing post at Matador Network, contribute freelance stories to digital travel publications, and supply content to travel brands. I am contracted as the Business Development Lead for Chile, Argentina, and Peru at Fernwayer, a curated marketplace for immersive travel experiences.

Prior to writing, I worked in the press office at Simon & Schuster, managed medical exhibition sales at Wisepress, sold books at Waterstones, volunteered at the Royal Academy, and hosted events for Funzing London.

I have lived overseas for eight years, with long-term residencies in Vietnam, New Zealand, Georgia, and Chile. During these periods, I have worked for a travel website in Hoi An, poured pints in New Zealand’s Bay of Islands, supported an animal sanctuary in Otago, and served in the Canterbury Coast Guard. These days, I am fortunate to write from my home bases in Yorkshire and Valparaíso and – well – anywhere and everywhere else.
